I have worked with Chris several times and he has always displayed the utmost in professionalism while making the process as stress free as possible in the situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As a first time home buyer I couldn't have been in more capable hands. I spoke to several realtors while blindly making inquiries about properties, but I knew Chris was going to be THE realtor less than a minute into the conversation. The relaxed but informative manner in which he answered my questions (All 60ish of them) convinced me he could guide me through the biggest purchase of my life. I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted, but after looking at just a few houses, frankly I was questioning everything including my very existence. Chris was the voice of reason even when it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. When I decided to make an offer at 6 p.m., he had it in by 10 p.m. I had a 60 day close and he was available the entire time for anything from a simple question to a full melt down. I like to believe him when he says I wasn't a high maintenance client. If I was though, I wouldn't know because he's that good at what he does.

I am currently not in the market to buy/sell. However, I have recommended Chris to co-workers/friends who loved working with him and have recommended him to other buyers/sellers.
