Very quite, nice area, close to everything but not kids friendly, no play ground or even walking area!

This place is a great location from everything. Not too far from downtown and there’s a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. They are very quick in responding If there is something wrong or damage in the apartments. Some things are a little run down in apartments such as windows, window screens, cabinets, and bathrooms need updating. Disappointed the apartment complex does not have a gym. Also a little upset with the heating service and how you have to pay a service fee even if you do not use any heat at all. This was not disclosed before by the company until I got my first bill. The walls are kind of thin and sometimes can hear neighbors music or their tv going or just them talking. It is a great place for someone who is looking for a reasonable priced apartment. This is my first apartment and I enjoy it. The two bed, two bath apartment is a nice size for having people over or family to visit and spend the night. All in all, I would recommend living here and it is a great place to live.

John is very responsive and helpful. He came to our apartment and fixed the window along with some other things. We’ve known him for a couple years now since relocating from a different apartment to a bigger one within the same complex. He’s pleasant and respectful. We appreciate all the hard work he puts in to keeping up with the demands of this place. A lot of residents have gotten to known him over the years and he’s someone easy to talk to and ask for help when you need it. It’s nice having familiar people around.

I really like living here. The staff is friendly and the neighbors are nice. Maintenance always fixes any issue I have in a timely manner. Plus there's a pool! Would recommend Columbia Square Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.

Leasing office is very responsive, and helpful and so kind. Lots of times you hear about Maintence taking days to get back to you, nope not here! Haven’t called many times because apartments are in tip top shape but when I have had to call I immediately get a call back with help same day. 10/10
