Although I didn’t end up moving here (moved to a location closer to work) Carol sold me on this place!!! She was very professional and very understanding of ALL my questions. The building was exceptionally clean and everyone we came across smiled and said hello. If I ever move back closer to North Olmsted I will definitely come here first!!! Thank you Carol!!

I just want to say that Casey in the office is very helpful. I have a lot of anxiety and questions surrounding my move and she was responsive and patient. Very helpful and personable! I’m excited to move in.

Living here, let me tell you nothing better. This place is quiteeeee! I wake up everyday to the sound of silence, and then I hear my tummy growl and make waffles. Yum. On the subject of food, the smoke alarms here work really well, found out last week when I burned my burgers a bit. Iv also never seen any flies or ants living here so my food is safe from any pest, my food only gets raided by my friends when they come over. I think this sums up well how great this place is, you really can’t get much better than that.

I can’t recommend Victoria Plaza enough. The apartments are great, excellently priced, and the amenities are awesome, but what really shines here is the staff. The ladies in the office (Molly, Karen, Jan (happy retirement!)) have been nothing short of accommodating, helpful, kind, and friendly. The maintenance guys as well have been amazing. One of them lives on my floor, and we have pleasant conversations in the elevator. Needed a repair done and sent an email late at night, got a response first thing in the morning and followed quickly by a maintenance man who instantly fixed the problem (replaced the whole AC unit with a brand new one). Through college and my couple years post-grad I’ve lived in a whole handful of apartments at different price points, and nothing beats Victoria Plaza. Plan to live here until my partner and I are ready to be homeowners. So happy to call Victoria Plaza home!
