Have lived here for 8 months. Every staff member I have worked with (Amanda, Jo, maintenance staff) have always been extremely easy and nice to work with. Whenever we have any questions or issues, we are able to get answers within minutes. My apartment is amazing, all brand new and well kept. Almost every night there is someone here to clean the apartment building itself which I love. I would recommend this apartment and any apartment owned by burton carol to anyone! I have lived in a few apartments and this has been my best experience yet!

Excellent Management. Amanda Is The Greatest :) And Ovi Best Maintenance Man Ever. Joanna Is Very Kind & Helpful. Enjoy Living Here. 3 Minutes To Metro Park. Shopping Close.

Although the face to face contact with our office staff and maintenance was always pleasant, the the management company of Great Northern Villages above them was insufferable to work with and do not care about you as a human being. I purchased a house and the process was unusually quick. Therefore I had to move out of my apartment sooner than anticipated. If I had been made fully aware of this option and put $100 more of a deposit I could have moved out without issue. Instead however amidst the stress and chaos of COVID-19 I was told they will not work with me in any way shape or form (even though I gave multiple months notice and kept them updated all along and even offered to pay for the months I was staying there and let them keep my deposit) I called again to try and resolve things after moving out and was told they'll call me back. I never received that call and now I have received a letter saying I owe them for 4 months I was not living in the apartment (even though someone had moved in already) AND they kept my security deposit. I thoroughly discourage anyone considering to do business with these people and will be be investigating my options of legal recourse.

I am a new resident, and have to say that I like this place a lot. I was returning from a deployment before I found this place, and I wanted a quiet and comfortable area to call home. This was it for me. The staff has been great. Amanda, Joanna, and Ovi (the maintenance man) could not have been nicer. I appreciated Amanda's no B.S. approach to my move-in. Some of the appliances are sort of cheap, and I wish that I had in-unit laundry sometimes instead of shared. But other than that, I am extremely happy. My favorite thing about the complex is how quiet it is compared to where I lived in the past.
