Sam and Courtney are great! They are super friendly, knowledgable, and professional, but they also create a space where you feel comfortable going in to get whatever service you need. They actually take the time to listen to what you want and keep you updated throughout the service so that you know what is going on. Like someone else said on here, it can be really scary to get your eyebrows done (especially at a new place), but Sam and Courtney are going to be my new go-to and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Super happy with how they came out, thank you! :)
I have seen Courtney and Sam for a number of years and were so excited when they started their own endeavor. Not only are they so talented but they are amazing women. Their work space is clean and relaxing (as much as it can be with little hairs being ripped from my lip and brows.) they are punctual and doing a great job keeping everyone safe!
Both Sam and Courtney are amazing!! Only people in the area I trust! When I first moved up here I searched for a while to find someone who could do a perfect natural brow. This is the place to go! They are both super professional and talented. They know exactly what they are doing and super knowledgeable. If your on hunt for the perfect eyebrows look no further.
Best. Eyebrows. Ever.nThey are so knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and make me feel so comfortable for my brow lamination. I tried a few other places that were cheaper, and it was not worth it at all. Don’t hesitate to go to Flair Brow and Lash. They are amazing!
Sam is a brow goddess. She has been doing my brows for years and I always receive compliments. I moved to Columbus last year and I still drive up to Cleveland for appointments because I don’t trust anyone else touching them. Courtney is also fabulous. Simply the best 10/10
