I came in with nails done from somewhere else and they were a hard gel that were so difficult to get off. Maggie was super kind when I came in and wanted to help. Neil has been doing nails for 25 years and was so careful taking it off and not ruining my real nails. I can’t thank them enough this place deserves well beyond 5 stars! My nails hurt so bad before I came in and they didn’t give up on me and helped me out even though it took so much time. So happy!!!! Thank you!!! Neil even painted my nails red after all that and they look great!
I absolutely love this nail spa. If you want a really good nice full set ask for Andy he is amazing at his work definitely 10 outta 10 he did everything and perfect my nails exactly how I wanted them. The price was definitely reasonable also the staff is great.
Maggie was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing !!! Such a great and friendly staff. I brought a picture in of what i wanted and she did a better job than the picture itself. The price can’t be beat for the design i asked for. Would recommend to everybody!!!
Do not bother making an appointment they still have you sign in and if they don’t already know you they go down the list and over an hour later you can be seen. Then if you do not choose gel polish they try to up sell you every few minutes. Extremely RUDE! My pedicure was just ok but the design was not great at all. My manicure was awful. They clipped my nails and didn’t file them. I got a French manicure that was supposed to be half moon shaped it was not. It was the most crooked straight across tips I have ever seen in my life. I went home and filed my nails myself. The next day less than 24 hrs later my nails were already chipped. I will not go back. Complete Waste of 80 dollars
warming hot water up in electrical kettle for my foot bath. Did not cut my cuticles did not scrub my feet. I went home and did an entire pedicure myself. Do not recommend
