I had such a wonderful experience at this business. It has been very hard losing my hair and needing a wig. The owner made me feel so comfortable and took so much time to help me. She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. The prices were very fair for what I purchased. I would highly recommend this business to anyone especially if this is a new experience for you.

Not a good experience for me...way over charged me for a hairpiece...should have learned my lesson,but didn't then 40$ for a few clippings off a wig! While all the time spewing at me her political views...like I asked the hear them!!!

An expert in the field, she was able to seamlessly match my existing hair color and blend the piece in perfectly. Her approach and conduct towards what could be seen as a sensitive manner was graceful and professional. If you have any need for a new wig or hairpiece, or alterations for an existing one, I can't recommend NY Design enough.
I received the best cut & color of my life, could not be more delighted with the results. Charming establishment, the staff & owner were so sweet & welcoming. While having my hair done I was thrilled to learn about the beautiful wigs & hair pieces she does for people suffering hair loss & post chemotherapy, as I have an affected family member in need of such a service.
