If I could give Michelle 10 stars, I would... she deserves it!! She is AMAZING!!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are getting the best. She is extremely knowledgeable with everything from negotiation to what is a red flag when looking for a new house. When selling our house, the pictures she took were incredible from the set up to the lighting. There were so many times when I had a question about something, and she would contact whoever and get me the answer within hours. She made the process of both selling AND buying a new house a BREEZE. I recommend her to everyone I know when they bring up realtors, and will definitely reach out to her again if we ever decide to sell/buy.

Michelle was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She took her time to explain everything to us in detail and made sure we understood. Great communication skills. I purchased my first home through her and I didn't feel stressed. She was recommended to my husband and I through a co-worker. I am glad we had her as our realtor. We were recommended by a couple people to Michelle Green. She was local between both myself and my fiancé. She was super knowledgeable and helpful I am not sure I would have got the house I got if it wasn’t for her. She wouldn’t try to just get you into a house she wanted to make sure you knew what you were getting into even before going into contract. Just all around a great realtor to work with. If you are looking to buy or sell your house in the Cleveland area I highly recommend Michelle Green.

Michelle was great in selling out first house and helping us get into our second house. Michelle really cares about her customers getting into the right house for them. She never tried to upsell us just worked patiently within our price range until the right house for us came out on the market. That makes her a great Realtor in my book.
