Service was excellent!! Food was good but online menus does not match menus at restaurants. No prime rib!!! We loved it though.

Prior to this I had my gel nails done in Georgia and it lasted over a month. I went in with healthy, almond shaped nails and the tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted to shape my nails. She just started making them square. I was NOT happy! But it was mishapen... some looked more square and some looked oval. And others shapeless! Dreadful! Then the gel polish started chipping 2 days after I got it. After they started chipping I noticed that she drilled/buffed my nails until it was paper thin in a lot of areas!! I’ve never had a nail break right in half in the middle of a nail bed. I guess there’s always a first time. I had 3 broken nails within the first 3 days. I don’t know how a place could be THIS bad. Why buff them paper thin???? I usually do my own nails and I’ve never had this happen before. I don’t recommend this place for nail shaping or polish removal. I wish I could add pictures on google reviews. My nail beds are destroyed from her inappropriately removing most of my nail with the gel polish removal. Other than that the polish itself on the nails that the tech didn’t destroy still look good. It’s all tech error on not knowing how to remove polish and how to shape nails. Steer clear from this place. I’ve never seen worse.

I used to get a gel manicure and pedicure here almost every month and never had an issue. I have multiple family members and friends that use this salon as well. My toddler wanted to have a Mommy and me day and asked me to get her nails painted with her. She generally is well-behaved and let's me do them at home so I decided to take her here. We walk in and she's so excited to pick a color--- who I always believed to be the owner meets us at the door‐--and I tell him we are here to get her nails painted with regular polish. He states she is too young and says he will only do gel polish on her. With her being a toddler--I did not agree that she needed to start getting gel on her nails and toes so young and asked why he couldn't do regular polish. He continued to say she was too young. I explained she normally does well at home and will be fine...he proceeds to tell me to go home and do them then. I had to leave with a crying and upset toddler who did not understand why she couldn't get them done. I offered to take her else where but she was so upset she did not even want to go to another place. We prepped for a whole week for this and she was super excited to finally get them done professionally. I have never been so livid in my life. Do not offer regular polish services if you are going to discrimate based on age. She did nothing wrong prior to make him believe she would not have allowed the services to be provided and the salon was literally just opened and empty. Due to this myself and multiple family members and friends will never come here again. I have never heard of such a thing before today.They just lost decent money and reliable clients. I do not recommend.

Extremely rough and unprofessional. Watched my girlfriend get her nails done and witnessed constant yanking and slapping. Asked her to be gentle since she has arthritis and was told to “chill out”. Not one to be a “Karen” and complain but this was ridiculous. Will not be returning.
