I came in to get my nails done a couple days ago. The sign on the door says “walk in welcome” but the owner said I must have an appt. Just was really turned off because there was absolute no one waiting, in fact it was pretty slow . It seemed like other women whom came in after were greeted and spoke to in a more welcoming manner then I was & they were encouraged to come in and pick their nail color. I haven’t been here since the pandemic and I’m guessing it must be under new management.nBe aware they aren’t likely to take walk ins.
Sonny and her husband are great people. They are friendly and give great pedicures it’s only them running the shop right now. So appointments are best and if you can’t make it to your appointment have the common Courtesy To call and tell them :)
I absolutely love this place. They are so professional and they do such a great job in a timely manner and such a friendly environment! I used to go here before and I still travel all way from Mentor to come get my nails done and they’re absolutely worth it!!
Wanted to try a new place after a really bad manicure at another salon. I called and made a appointment 2 days in advance for me and my mom. Best pedicure I had in a longtime.Sunny and her husband are so sweet! Making another appointment very soon!!!
I got a full set from Sunny and she was awesome! Sweet and does great work. Was able to get me in right away and the place was clean and cute. I enjoyed the experience and found my new spot ☺
