They have poor management here in Toledo. They cant even hire professionals to fix things they have fix it guys....but i dont want a patch job on my pipes by a self proclaimed maintenance man...i want an experienced plumber. I NEED a new toilet and furnace. Not yet recieved!! The place was disgusting so i cant put things away til its cleaned...infested with spiders and ants and the remnants of roaches...oh and theres a mouse ..i moved in bc i needed a home....cleaning i dont mind...but these repairs need done asap. If i hire a pro im sending the bill to jaftak ...if i don't get a new toilet...ill buy one n jaftak can take that much off my rent. The least u can do is have an effective team of staff on site and actual professionals to fix the bigger problems.
