Townhouse units are great, but the leasing office is uncaring and unprofessional to the point that the quality of the unit was ruined for me. I'm not normally someone who complains about apartment management but this company is downright deceitful. They will find ways to charge you extra money at every turn. All this is made worse by the fact that it can take weeks on end to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Renter beware.

Do not live here!!! It’s going down hill fast. Everyone has moved out or was planning on moving out of the townhomes when I left. The apartments have always been almost empty and not clean. I did 1 lease term and had intially loved it but between the changes in management/office and the type of people who keep moving in it started to not even feel like a safe place to live and I had to leave. $1400 for Parma, no garage, no pool and no ammenities is not worth it. Bob and Ashlee were amazing!!! Do not do this as you’ll regret it the more you deal with awful neighbors, management and unorganized/rude office personal.

Took an extra 30 days to show me a unit when I gave them a 45 day notice and not a 60 day notice because they took so long to get back to me I had to move out. Because of this they keep your deposit & ignore emails. Donna is the only person worth anything that works there everyone else is completely useless

I am only giving this place two stars because Ashley and Bob are amazing! We lived here for a little over two years. We moved out at the end of August. We were never late on rent and we were good tenants. I gave a 60 days notice that we were leaving. We are aware that it takes 30 days to receive your deposit back. we are now going on 50 days. I have been trying to get an answer on where our deposit went. Every time I call The Reserves I am told they have to contact corporate, I call corporate and I am told I need to speak with the property manager. It is not professional to give anyone the run around. $1700+ is a lot of money to keep from some one.

Dont live there. worst management and super carless. I have gone through alot of stuff with the management. If you need details reply and ill show you the details.
