Similar to many other reviews, I’d give this coming any a solid non negotiable zero for customer service, rental process and quality of property they manage. Absolutely horrible

Would rate zero but not an option Very poor experience from this company very unprofessional they showed me a house with a roach in it unbelievable then when I asked the man said possible could be property has been vacant for a while I looked past because it is possible and it was a very beautiful property so I submitted an application and I ask why wasn’t I approved considering I make well over 2x the rent and my credit score is well above the 600 requirement then I stated I don’t understand how I haven’t been approved when I have been approved from rental companies of higher caliber the MANGER stated well find a home with them and I said excuse me what’s the point of accepting applications If you cannot explain the reasoning behind the decision she says because a 3rd party does them but you still should know AS a property manager please save your time and money!

The food was fantastic the games and stuff okay didn't win a lot but enjoyed my evening

I have a dear friend who moved back into town recently and was promised that her home would be ready for her by her move in date. She came in and the door is not functioning, nails were sticking out of the floors, previous home owners clothes were left in the basement. My friend is an elderly woman and we are in a pandemic here. When she called remax, the woman on the phone told her that it’s all cosmetic and her responsibility. “Put gloves on and throw the clothes in a trash bag”. Absolutely expected more of a care approach from this realty agency.

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. After almost 3 weeks of trying to communicate with them, I can say that I wouldn't recommend a rental agency like this to anyone I know - especially not young professionals. After my roommate and I paid $114 just to apply and complete their pet screening, they approved us for the wrong rental amount. After talking to multiple people, emailing, and leaving messages, by the third week of trying to get these people to see that they approved us for the wrong amount, they finally realized their mistake - with no apology - and approved us for the correct amount. By that point, the house that we had applied for was off the market. These people are thieves that are here solely to waste your time and steal your application money. Not to mention that we thought we were getting a private showing since we had to text the realtor to confirm that we were coming, and then walked into an open house in the middle of a pandemic. Truly awful company where nobody actually knows the reasons behind things, can't do simple math (messed up adding our income together and dividing by three? Absolutely ridiculous) with just about the slowest response time I've ever experienced. No rental company I've dealt with has ever been close to as terrible as this one. I can't imagine how awful it must be to actually rent with them if any problems were to come up. Run away!
