The Vice President Carmen Franchino hung up on me even though I was talking calmly and asking to talk to the president. We had asked to extend our lease by one month because we still have not been able to find a place to move to temporarily. I have two small children in our home. My husband was laid off due to Covid related issues so we have needed assistance through lifeline. Lifeline has been so helpful and let us know they could pay for our rent through April but our lease ends March 31. I emailed before the 30 days and was told we could not stay because they are renting out our apartment. I had been asked to sign our papers early since we couldn’t renew for a whole year. We have been here for three years and never had a late payment till the layoff. I know it’s a business but they are unable to even consider working with us even though the rent is going to be paid for. During the shutdown they did not offer any discount like some companies were doing. All the amenities were shut down and only emergency repairs were allowed yet they kept it at full price.

Great realtor. They are very professional and respond to maintenance matters promptly and are fair to negotiate with. 2 year lease with no troubles.

This is a rating review for the manager at village on south carpenter Melissa. After a year here of not so great issues and poor management, Melissa became the manager and is absolutely wonderful. Takes pride in place, fixes any issue right away, and makes living here enjoyable. Hope she's here as long as I call this place home!

They manage the property next to ours. There is an overgrown tree on the property. The tree is causing damage to our vehicles with branches and sap falling on them. We are incurring the cost of constant detailing of our vehicles to remove the sap from our paint. The needles that fall from the tree clog the drain in the driveway and are a constant mess in our cars and house from tracking them in. I have made numerous contact with Brian Sax over a 2 month period, who has promised to have the tree trimmed and has failed to follow up with me or make good on having the tree trimmed. Brian has an excuse every time I speak to him.nEast Miner

This is a note of acknowledgement for the superior and excellent customer service that your staff in Brunswick, OH at The Villas Fox Hollow has shown my parents since relocating from California. Through not fault of our own, their furniture was delayed almost a month from the time they moved in. In addition our grandmother passed and this was a very challenging and emotional time for our family. The Property Manager Shanon Jones, Leasing Agent Renelle & Maintenance Worker Ryan went above and beyond my parents expectations to make our transition smooth and comfortable. We would strongly recommend this Residential Community with current staff to anyone moving to this area. They make you feel right at home.
