Ben and Sam were extremely professional and courteous. I have recommended Waterway to dozens of people. It is always clean and efficient. The staff is very accommodating and always friendly. The facility always does a nice job on the truck and the monthly fee is very affordable for the benefit of always having a clean vehicle. I like that I can get the salt of my truck in minutes and not worry about it.

Every location has a different procedure after your vehicle goes through the wash.nBrookpark location you dry your own vehicle inside along with vacuums inside and outside.nPepper Pike location they quickly dry off your vehicle based on the level of car wash.nAurora location they quickly dry off your vehicle based on the level of car wash and the outside vacuums have a charge. They also have only two lines and the one line includes a complete car wash, where you leave your vehicle and they run it through the wash, dry, and vacuum!

Waterway Express in Brookpark has my vote. Not only do they support local community events, but they hire great people and students from the local high schools. Jason is the General Manager and has a great way with his customers. My husband and I purchased a membership from Waterway and he went through all of the details with us. We bought the $39 package with all of their great perks. Their car wash is the best,, and great car dryers at the end.. They have a huge garage for those of us who want to complete our wash with hand drying and vacuum it. And, this us huge, they provide drying towels. They had me at drying towels. This is huge for Cleveland in the middle of winter. They are located right off of one of our major highways which is such easy access. They also have detailing shops at their other location in Euclid. My husband who could care less about car washes (I am the car wash crazy person in our family) really likes this place and Jason. Last time we were there, it was just about to snow, and this place was rocking. I recommend u try this place, you will love it.

I usually like to wash my car myself. But it's to cold and I needed to get the salt off my car. This place did an amazing job and I might never do it myself again. So happy with this service!

Safety quotient 100% robotic equipment is new and efficient. You can get a basic wash or go all out. For $16. Bring a towel to dry off your car. They use a lot of soap and wax to get you to showroom finish. Safety quotient 100%. Parma & Brookpark police overlap. ***(Drive like you know what those black numbers on those white signs mean.)*** They have a membership plan I found out today where you can get unlimited washes for like $24 a month or more if you want everything. Free vacuums. I just found out about that too. Totally automated. Attendants are friendly and helpful. This spot is the bomb! ud83dudca3
