The bullet proof glass adds to the ambience
We needed gas it was okay the lot needed to have trash picked up the inside could use a deep cleaning.

Good service
It may be a little pricey, and it certainly is not in the best part of town, but the gas is pretty cheap and the convenience store is pretty stocked. It has air if you need it, but NO WINDOW WASHING SUPPLIES. This is INEXCUSABLE in Cleveland in the winter, so this Shell gets knocked down to two stars. Otherwise it is a solid three to four star place, but if you want to be able to see out of ALL windows while driving in the winter, I suggest you gas up somewhere else!
