I tried this nail salon for the first time last Tuesday due to the plethora of good reviews. The staff was very friendly when I walked in and I was able to get services pretty quickly. The nail tech, Caramal was horrible. She cut my cuticles on multiple fingers, filed my nails down to the point it was hot and burning when the acrylic was put on, and the shape came out terribly even after I showed her specifically what I wanted. Not a single time did she check in to make sure the shape was right, and by the time I looked down it was too late.
Sam is probably the best nails tech I've ever encounter in my life. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I've been a loyal customer ever since I found him!

Excellent work. Only takes walkins, no appointments so might have an hr or 2 wait.
Loved my pedicure! But the constant badgering to get a gel finish is completely absurd. Like I said no 2xs and she still continued to ask......and then got mad because I continued to say no!
