I brought in a picture of the hair color I wanted and they said they could do it. The color was red. They said they had to bleach my hair and then dye it. They did all that and then it was bright orange. BRIGHT ORANGE. I asked for a vibrant red. They said the lights inside the salon made it look orange. But it's just super orange. I wish I could post pictures on here of how bad they messed up my hair. I have a huge job interview in two days. It looks so bad. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLORED HERE! The fee for all this was 126.93 by the way. They messed it up so bad they took 20 dollars off what they were going to charge me.

my mother went in to get a shoulder length bob and a root touch up. the woman cutting her hair turns on the clippers and my mom tells her she doesnt want her hair so short that she has to use them. she gets the scissors and my mom notices that shes cutting the very top layer of her hair when she specifically said she wanted none from the top of her head to be cut. the lady ignores my mother when she tells her to please stop cutting the top and is taking quite a bit of the top layer while being told to stop. instead of listening to what the customer wanted, she was doing what she wanted to do to her hair. my mom had to get up and tell her to stop. she payed for the cut (even though it’s butchered) and was so angry that she left without getting the color done at all. she was scared to get the haircut finished because she was afraid her hair would be at chin length, let alone her roots being bleached. she realized while getting the cut that if she had got her roots bleached then (because she wouldnt listen when she wanted a long bob) she would probably have some overlap onto the already blonde parts of her hair. that wouldve caused a band of damage and a lighter blonde. highly disappointed considering i usually cut my moms hair and i have no license or degree to do so, and i get a much better response than the professional did today. will not be going back or recommending to anyone. its definitely upsetting to know that as a high schooler, ive done better technique wise than a professional.

Great service! My hair is usually hard to cut because its thick and wavy, I was very weary about trying this place, but I had a gift card I needed to use, and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was very helpful, did a great job on my cut, and helping me choose product.

Have been many times Carrie always does my hair. Have been to other places and will not go to anyone else. Always nice stylist in here, very friendly.
