Ann Paydock was extremely helpful to me and my husband as first time home buyers. She quickly and patiently answered the MANY questions we had.nnAfter my husband and I saw a couple houses that we picked to see from online, Ann sent us a different home to go see that she thought we would like. I have bought and sold close to 10 homes using various realtors. I even sold one of my homes as a “for sale by owner”......Because I wasn’t satisfied with the realtors I had used. It wasn’t until I used Ann Paydock as a realtor that I found someone who truly understands the real estate business and had a pulse for the current market conditions. In the future I will turn to Ann for all my real estate decisions.
