Jelena was highly recommended to us by a family friend who happens to be a long time investor. When we brought up needing to sell our house, he encouraged us to reach out to Jelena. He raved how she constantly went out of her way to get his flips sold and how she was always able to do it for a surprisingly high price. We met with Jelena and were truly impressed, not only she made the selling process a breeze, she was like a negotiation ninja. We were ready to accept way less, but she insisted she could get us more, and she did. It was very impressive, she created urgency, gave us feedback on each showing and managed to get us way over our asking price even though we were already pushing it with our house listed $10,000 over what every other house ever sold for on our street. Lets just say we are extremely satisfied customers. Infact, our son and his wife are getting ready to buy a new home and Jelena is helping them already. Reach out to her and schedule an interview. Jelena was a godsend. I could not give a higher recommendation for her. I am not an easy person to deal with because I know what I want and I am not willing to compromise. Not once did Jelena suggest that I settle, not once! This is so important and I want to make sure to take my time and point this out. There are many realtors out there with flashy cars and hundreds of sales shamelessly displayed on their profiles. Few actually care and provide an actual ‘service’. Over the last 20 years we moved 4 times so I have met my share of agents. Call it a gut instinct, but I always felt like I was ‘just another’ picky buyer, I never felt like someone actually cared. Jelena was genuine, sincere… If you want someone who truly cares, talk with Jelena. You will be happy you did.
