I had a poor experience seeing a downtown townhouse along the water. I called the agent and scheduled an appointment. When I got there she said she was at another location where the house was at and didn’t know if I was going to come. I asked her if she had sent me a reminder or appointment. Or the updated location. She said she hadn’t. I asked how I was expected to buy a home if I can’t see it and the agent doesn’t keep the appointment.nnThis was for the new water front properties at Battery Park. Of course once i got there she did not acknowledge the discussion, frowned the entire time and was not helpful. Instead peacefully showing me the property she kept spouting out numbers and cost. I own a condo in Washington DC and am relocating to Cleveland. I am in the market for a boutique downtown location and can afford these units but do need to like them. Not one item was discussed with full clarity. It was pulling teeth to get info.nnExtremely disrecptpful way of doing business. Unprofessional.
