Beautiful apartments, friendly staff. Every contact with the leasing office has been welcoming and pleasant, and makes Butternut Ridge feel like home. Jessica is wonderful at what she does! I feel that the renovations that they have done are for the benefit of the residents, and have only made the communal spaces more beautiful and useful. I would recommend this community to any of my friends!

Butternut Ridge is a community with heart and concern for its residents. It it quite apparent that it is important for the office staff and maintenance crew to make each resident feel like they have made a home for them and not just a place to live. They all go above and beyond, are helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and always respectful. The apartments, recently renovated, are beautiful and state-of-the art. Great amenities. The location could not be better being near stores, restaurants, Great Northern Mall, I-480, schools, the library just to name a few. The landscaping and public areas are well taken care of and well maintained. I am pleased to call Butternut Ridge my home.

We loved our time at Butternut! The staff is responsive and friendly . Any issues we have had they were on it and had a resolution quickly . Our apartment was beautiful and very quiet . The pool is gorgeous! Family friendly . Kid friendly . Pet friendly . Great walking paths and playgrounds . We felt very safe and had wonderful neighbors . The location is seconds away from 480 and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants . We enjoyed our two years there and you will too!

Butternut Ridge is a nice community in an excellent location. The leasing and maintenance staff were always very helpful and prompt to respond to questions/comments/concerns. The pool and workout room are probably the nicest I have seen in the many apartment communities I have lived in.
