Rich does a great job. Most of us are unfamiliar with what a Realtor has to do day to day. I’m quite sure what Rich does is above and beyond. He listed my house and handled pretty much everything that didn’t require direct intervention by me. I highly recommend him.

Our realtor was great at first. After seeing a couple of houses everything went horrible. The communication with my wife (who helped me take care of the paperwork for the VA Loan) was treated respectfully. The closing date had to be extended. He seemed to be more concerned about the family we were purchasing the house from than us. He argued with my wife when the closing got extended and i had to call him to get any information. He only would contact by text. Poor communication!!! Other than scheduling us to see the home, he did not help us first time home buyers along the way. I cannot recommend his services.
