Rude management, rude neighbors, overall a bad place to live. I felt very unsafe living here for the entire duration of my lease because I was being harassed by another tenant and nothing was done about it. I would give zero stars if possible.

If you are thinking about living here, DONT! When I moved in here I was very young, my first apartment. It was on the basement floor, half over half under so you could just see the parking lot from one of the rooms. We moved in during the fall I think, by the end of winter one night IT WAS RAINING IN MY ROOM because the drainage pipe for the gutters were right outside my room!!! When I approached them about the flooding they told me to “wait until morning” the water was coming so fast that I was almost ankle deep in water!!! My cats were distressed so I kept stressing the situation and they finally came over and “fixed it”. Not only did the apartment flood again but it flooded THREE MORE TIMES!!! I should have moved but I signed a year lease ( being young and dumb I guess)... the very last time it flooded the f****ing janitor was soooooo rude he was complaining that it was late and he was tired as he wet vacced the apartment. YOURE TIRED?? I have to work in the morning it’s 4am and they are trying to “fix it” yet again. Two girls moved in next door before my room mate and I were moved to the third floor. THEY HAD THE SAME FLOODING PROBLEM!! The janitor called one of the girls a b****!nTHEN UPON MOVING OUT THEY SUED US FOR DAMAGES!!!!nBOTTOM LINE- THEY ARE SLUM LORDS SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE!

Awful...very rude management..they never fix anything...When I asked if they received my payment that was dropped off 2 Weeks prior I’m told they DONT KNOW....untrustworthy place and a waste of your money. 1 star for the location other than that they get 0. They manage Berea lakes and other subpar apartments. STAY CLEAR.
