These guys are awesome, young professionals. They offered to sell my property to some local investors for me. In 12 days all paperwork was complete and the deal was closed. I was very happy with how quickly they got everything done and how they worked with me on everything. Keep up the good work!!

Let me start by addressing these guys FAKE reviews. This is a scam company. They lie about having a deal but nothing was in place. I Tried to sell my investment property to these people, had a deal on the table ready to close and they walked away with no communication whatsoever. I understand stuff like this happens all the time but these people wouldn’t even return emails/texts or calls. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Also I’m noticing they keep putting fraudulent reviews up. This is update as of 12/28/2020: THE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ARE FAKE. THE TITLE COMPANY WE WENT THROUGH SAYS THIS COMPANY NEVER HAS THE FUNDS TO COMPLETE A DEAL!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS.

these great guys too work with !! They gave me a more than fair offer for my house !! Closing was no hassle, extremely fast... and best of all, money transfer was same day !!! i highly recommend Brandon & Matt

Amazing group of guys. Went out of there way to ensure that I was taken care of. Above and beyond should be there motto. Because these guys do exactly that! I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of real estate advice and when you just need help in making that tough decision! RAM you guys rock!
