Called to discuss their services. Initial call was terrific. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and had good availability for service. They have a nice follow up system in between the scheduled appointment and the initial call. A text to remind me and an email with info on how to prepare for the service. They called me before arriving on the day of, as I requested. Actual service was also great. He identified areas I didn't even notice and suggested some products to address the issues. He was very friendly and the carpets look and smell great. Very reasonably priced, I would use again for sure!

We had Delta carpet cleaning out to our home to clean our loft, bedrooms and stairs. Brandon was extremely professional and conscientious about social distancing. He wore a mask the entire time. I was very satisfied with Delta carpet cleaning. I was very impressed they were able to get out to big older stains i had in my carpet. My carpet is 20 years old and it cleaned up very well. The representative was very nice and professional explained in detail his procedure. I would highly recommend their services!
