Staff were courteous and efficient. I liked the monthly special, but it is only for 1 vehicle. The free vacuum worked well. The lights during the wash were fun too, but why rainbow instead of blue, l don't know. The entrance is strangely tricky - go into the McDonald's lot from the front, then turn left immediately.
I used this car wash sometimes before in the past and I was always so impressed on how good the best wash did. Tire shine. Rim cleaned. Car absolutely shining. Definitely best results out of any car wash I’ve used. With all the salt in Ohio, I recently bit the bullet and bought the monthly car wash. I decided to go for the best because why not? Might as well do it right. The membership has paid for its self within a week lol. I highly recommend this car wash. And a car wash membership for the winter time! Don’t let the salt eat at your car!
Machine broke down while my Jeep was in the middle of getting washed. After, there were fresh scratches on the side. The managers first response was can you prove it? And to say that sometimes that happens when talking about the machine breaking down. Then he pointed to a sign saying they're not liable. He did offer free car washes. Like I'd want to give it the opportunity to give me more scratches...He's technically right though. There's a sign. They aren't liable. So just FYI, you're probably safer going to a laser wash...
First time using today, van was filthy got lowest cost wash to try and it got the vehicle surprisingly clean. Bought an unlimited wash package already. Great wash at a very affordable price, thank you !!!
I frequent this car wash and I will periodically sign up for the monthly membership. I had canceled on my last visit to take a break and i checked my account and had been charged for 2 months although I cancelled. I called and they refunded me with no problem whatsoever. Great car wash and customer service
