Great people working in a new, state of the art facility. Everybody there treats me really well. It takes 2.5 minutes to drive through the automatic car wash. It does a great job keeping my car sparkling clean, for a low price. I wash my car there several times a week. Free vacuum cleaners work really well; they are quite powerful.
Great car wash and extremely friendly employees. Always easy to get in and get out really quick. Sometimes the soap isn't rinsed thoroughly enough, so as you drive away it'll come out of small cavities and leave white streaks. Also, I tried tipping one of the employees working today and he told me that they weren't allowed to take any tips which is ridiculous. 5/5 car wash, but had to drop down a star for the employees not allowed to take tips. Please have a change of heart management, these are hard-working employees, let me show my gratitude.
Great hours for me (on my way to/work). Sometimes exiting is difficult (noticed traffic light is being installed in my location-hopefully helpful). A bit more costly for my usages at its full package (great for the winter months, but plan to keep a lower priced package/hopefully I still be happy with the service) I have only one bad wash and liked that I was able just to go back through. I love going through the car wash. I am so impressed with how nice and clean my tires look after going through a drive-thru car wash. My car looks and smells fabulous. The vacuums are powerful and my 5 year old daughter loves when the attendant gives her a lollipop ud83cudf6d. I recommend Clean Express to everyone I know.
Overall it's a great car wash. The only complaint I have is that no matter what car wash you choose, the soap dries fast on your vehicle and leaves lots of spots. If you hand dry afterwards, it's leaves streaks everywhere. ( I have a dark vehicle) I think they could use better water pressure on the spot free rinse. They also cut the dryers off quick if you don't get the top package.
