Poor responsiveness to my application. Waited for over two weeks just to get the run around. Gave me a hard time over trying to take over a lease and would lie to me and tell me “Mary” was “busy” or “gone for the day” just for her to be in the office this whole time without giving me any sort of an answer. Amy and Mary are both liars and I wouldn’t give these people any of my money. Speith Realty is a joke and no one should rent or sell a house or buy one from them. It’s sad how much power a realty company thinks they have for 60$ a month. Will not ever be recommending them to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Gotta love the Ohio Slumlords.

I am giving them a one star review and would have gave it less if I could because, from the beginning of my interactions with this realator , They made it perfectly clear they weren’t working for me, so in my opinion I should have went with another realtor, to handle my side of this transaction, she works for the seller because she was caring the listing, and I feel like the whole time I was making this purchase I was at odds with the realtor, from the beginning contract to the end of signing, so in my opinion if I was to do all over again I would have hired my own personal realtor, and had them handle my end of this transaction, I paid good money out for this and they gave me nothing , Although they might be good for the seller, they do nothing for a buyer
