So I moved into this complex September of 2018. Everything has generally been great, so much so that when my 1-year lease expired in Sep 2019 that I signed a 2-year one. Very happy here for the most part.nnThis is my first apartment so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I don't really have any complaints. It's generally pretty quiet here, though I do live on the top floor. Maintenance is great on the rare occasion I've needed them (only 2x in 2 years).nnThe office is pretty good as well. They will usually keep in contact via email about the ongoing happening here. They (pre-pandemic) would advertise events as well, so if you're looking for something social they have that going for you.nnAs of now see no reason I won't renew a year from now.

So far the experience has been great! Everyone is great at getting back with me and answering any of my questions! Would definitely recommend!

I lived at Waters Bend for one year, sadly had to move due to job location changes. However, I have nothing but good experiences/memories from the complex. My apartment was clean and spacious and the grounds were beautiful/well kept. Staff always got back to me regarding questions/concerns is a timely manner, usually 24 hours or less. Not to mention a good location to shops/restaurants as well as highway access. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.

We have truly found a place to call home! Beautiful place to live but also a very warm, welcoming staff & environment! So accommodating from everything from email reminders to basketful of welcoming goodies. Truly glad to be a part of this small community.

My fiance and I recently moved into Water's Bend and we could not be happier! The apartments are spacious, clean, and safe. The grounds are kept clean. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating! When we first moved in our ice maker wasn't working, we put in a maintenance order and it was fixed within 24 hours. Waters Bend staff even reached out to us to make sure we were happy with the service! We absolutely LOVE it at Waters Bend and already feel at home!
