My wife and I were recently in the market for a new home when we had to relocate to the Cincinnati area from Indianapolis. We were not familiar with the greater Cincinnati area and Chad took the time to take us around and show us different areas to help us decide where we wanted to look at houses. We ended up deciding on the Morrow, OH area and he was very knowledgable on everything throughout the process. In addition, buying/selling a home can be a very stressful process and Chad helped ease the stress and we were able to find a house within 2 days of our previous home being under contract. We would recommend Chad to anyone looking for a home in the greater Cincinnati area.
