Rent is way to high for them 1 bedroom apartments. Need a lot of updating done to them . Plus you can't work on your car in the park lotud83dude21 plus there is to many grown adults who live there being 3 year olds tattletailing on people who has done nothing to them. And tents who are throwing there garbage all over and not in the dumpster. My son pays almost 800.00 rent Plus all his utilities. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!

Poor management.nLeft many messages. 2 and 3 a day. Finally after a week got a hold of management.nSaid I don't make enough $ to live there. And won't have but $60.00 left after I pay my bills. How does she know what bills I have❓❗❗❗Don't know how to run a business.
