Would not suggest using this realtor agency. Though I lost a lot selling my home. I asked to lower the commission specifically since my realtor (Spencer) didn't show the home as she promised to have buyers lined up to look at the house or do an open house as she promised from the start.nWhen I asked about lowering the commission by .6% ($785), I was treated as I was a horrible person for asking.nnJust advise you to look for a different agency.

Ended up switching to browse Zillow because Sibcy's website is a pain to navigate.

Very poor service from this office. Attempted to contact Kathy Ganino multiple times regarding a selling disclosure dispute from a prior sale she had brokered and was (along with my realtor) hung up on or blown off multiple times on various inquiries. One of the more unprofessional and rude experiences I've ever had with a realtor.
