My husband and I have lived in this complex for approximately 3 years. The apartments are nothing special and average at best. I have no complaints about the maintenance staff but the office manager, Cindy, has been rude and passive aggressive since day one. The fact that she continues to be disrespectful is not shocking but it is very disappointing that she feels the need to do so, especially to good tenants who always pay rent on time and never cause problems.

I have loved living at Deerfield Crossing for the past two years. It has been safe, quiet, and comfortable. I've only had very few maintenance concerns, just small routine things, but they were handled very quickly by the maintenance staff. Cindy in the office has always been a pleasure to talk to, and very helpful. I've had no neighbor troubles, they've all been friendly and considerate. I would recommend this complex to anyone needing a Lebanon apt!!

I've lived at Deerfield Crossing for many years and I have nothing but great things to say about how this community operates and is maintained. The management team is kind, courteous, and professional. They are always willing to address the concerns of their residents.
