A couple weeks ago, I was involved in a fender-bender accident in the rain and I felt so embarrassed-I was shocked and really bent out of shape because of it. Ptl. Jenkinson was the officer who reported to the scene and offered nothing but kindness during the whole interaction. His patience and consideration really helped me out during a really frustrating and shocking situation. Thank you Ptl. Jenkinson!

I was in my first auto accident early yesterday morning and have been given the run around for 27 hours. As you can imagine, having no car or information to obtain a rental car from the other driver’s insurance company has been nothing short of frustrating. I called Lebanon Police Dept. this morning and was transferred to Sgt. Allen, who was beyond patient, calm, kind, and helpful. He listened to my frustration, looked up the case information, and gave me everything I needed (case #, other drivers name, insurance company, policy #, make & model, etc.) to obtain my rental. He assured me the police report would be available within a few days and that all of the information he had given me would also be online. Thank you, sir!
I've never been in trouble with the LPD so this isn't a perfect review, but I have seen them make the school children a top priority throughout my time as a teacher in the district. I've been on weekend trips with high school students where the local police have volunteered their time and energy to making the outing safe and fun. I've also enjoyed knowing that they make a presence at local events so that people there know they live in a safe community.
Warren County police are always helping neighboring counties with situations that they can't handle alone. It makes me think they are trained well and have better experience.
