You guys don't have rights to keep tenants from having guess over, if my guess are being destructive to property, I'll personally will boot them myself, then if that doesn't work then management will be notified. Also had to get own oven rack myself because management refused to do it. It's very unprofessional to text my fiance about having guess instead of coming up the stairs and talking in person By the way your maintenance man hasn't been here in over a week then tell us he sees us with people in and out from our apartment, BS. We don't have anyone come visit but our brother and tell us he's not aloud to.. you can not like someone but you can't force us to not like them too. You want to come at me with this BS. Then expect to be amazed that I don't fall for it.. I read lease nowhere it says anything about these made up rules .
