I didn't get a badge or name, but I was on my way back from a family reunion and was caught up in a conversation with my daughter. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention and went through a red light. No accidents thank God. I was immediately pulled over by a Waverly Officer that was kind, courteous, and respectful. He was young, and if this is how your younger officers are being trained and mentored, then I applaud your department for a great job. This young officer is exactly what you want in an authoritative position. He was stern but fair. God bless you men and women protecting us.

Was in an accident(not my fault) and was not given the other party's info so I could contact insurance because my only car wasn't drivable. Was told it would be 5 days before the police report would be finished! Dispatcher was very rude! Refused to get me someone who could help me with the situation! All I needed was the other party's name! Here I am waiting for the info that should have been given to me at the time of the accident!
