Good place to stay. Things get fixed rather quickly. My only wish is that they had assigned parking

The staff is awesome! They are all so sweet and friendly. Maintenance is also very timely with their responses. My only complaint is how dated the apartment was. The kitchen also had very little counter space and the cabinets seem like they haven’t been updated since the 80s. Other than this it was a good place to live.

Rent went up. No longer cover water. Overpriced. Poor maintenance. Got new doors that were terribly installed and used egregious amounts of foam to cover it up. Have to fight the door to lock it. Rent is now paid through an online 3rd-party service that is widely known for poor functionality. If the website doesn't process your payment correctly, you aren't informed until the leasing office is asking for a late fee.

Been here for 3 years it's nice imo. Maintenance is pretty good, nice neighborhood & these walls are thick! Got two neighbors on both sides that have pets and kids. Haven't heard a peep thru the walls.
