I called at 5:30pm on a tuesday... when he answered, he was rude and complained I called after hours. Note I found him on google, and he has no hours of operation listed. Instead of politely asking me to call back the next day, he said it was inconvenient for him and hung up. Apparently is personal phone is his buisnessline... very unproffesional!

Have been renting for 3 years from Brennan and associates. Fair. Reasonably priced. No complaints. Excellent landlord, is always quick to fix any issues that arise.

Landlord is a slum lord!! We live in a beautiful neighborhood in one of his rental properties our rent is highly overpriced and since the day we have moved in, two years ago, we have had nothing but plumbing problems from tree roots gutters falling off the house numerous times and we have took it upon ourselves to put it back on we have a leaking roof and we have a hole that was cut inside the garage ceiling when we moved in and it’s been that way since the day we moved in here. He’s unreasonable and wants to charge $20 extra a day for rent that is late for place that he does not upkeep. I highly Do not recommend buying or renting any property from Brennan and associates.

Don't bother. Overpriced rentals. Idiotic pet policies. Want to know credit but don't bother to ask about WHY (mine was military related & I couldn't work after an unexpected medical discharge) but THANKS for asking jackass). Completely rude, had to call SEVERAL times to get info, even after I left messages, no one bothered to call me back,. Unprofessional.
