I was able to tour a property ave apply for it,paying an application fee and they would not return my calls. They chose to inform me a week and a half later the property had been rented already, yet I was able to tour and apply for it. No offer of returning my application fee either. They didn't utilize my application so why do they need my money? Poor management. Do not recommend.nnEdit : application fee returned after this review

Many problems. First they will not call you after you apply. You could disappear off the face of the planet and they would never know. No follow up just will take your application fees. So if you do use them YOU have to take initiative in this relationship with every step. Next. The properties that are listed aren’t what they actually have available? We picked a house, applied, even went and toured. Fell in love with it. All the while unbeknownst to us the property had already been rented. No communication. After spending $135 on application fees the only thing they could offer were “free” applications to other conrex properties that were counties away and more expensive. Thenpeople on the phone might offer you a moment of sympathy though so if you like bs apologies and shady business than give them a try.

don’t rent with them. it’ll start out great, but if you run into any trouble (like a global pandemic effecting your income) they’ll lie and say they’ll work with you. then lie about when you have to move out. then lie again about working with you to keep you in the house. they’re shady and don’t care about people. do yourself a favor and rent with literally anyone else.

I moved in my home in July 2020 and now its turning into a vinebrooke house as of yesterday. I wished they wouldve called or mailed out a letter saying this. Im so upset by the news.

Moved into one of conrex’s properties less than two weeks ago and already have a case with the Board of Health! I would highly suggest not moving into one of their rentals if you want to have a toilet that works, running water, a shower, basically not live like a homeless person when you shelled out $2800 for a propertyufffc! ufffc Their maintenance, management, customer experience, and leasing staff are all in competent. Buyers beware! Thank god I have lawyers in my family!
