I absolutely adore my home. It is on a quiet street and my neighbors are wonderful. I was hesitant at first from reading reviews however, I am glad I took the chance. I have made many updates in my home including adding a privacy fence( all at my cost). Heaven in the office is wonderful. She is a portfolio manager. She is my go-to for anything. However, I have found it easier to fix any issues I may have. They are a big company with a serious amount of rentals. If it is something I can fix it makes it easier on us all.nTreat the home as if it was your home. Take care of it. Fix things.nAs far as rent. It is pretty cheap. I went over my lease with a fine comb. I did a hard walk through. Video and pics to document any issues while the leasing agent was there.nI am aware that 3 months prior to my lease being up, I need to sign new lease within 30 days of notice to renew. I am also aware that if I post pone signing new lease and after 30 days are up my rent will increase. All of these things are in the lease.....as far as being late. Every property mgmt company has policies. Most are if payment has not been made by day 5 late payment is applied. Not paid by the 7th day an eviction notice for court is issued. Most do not take partial payments. Again. All in your lease!nKnowledge is a powerful thing. Read the lease and you will have no issues.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. HAD A RODENT PROBLEM DO TO GAP IN THE DOOR FIELD MICE WHERE GETTING IN. FOUND OUT FROM NEIGHBOR THAT IT WAS A PROBLEM BEFORE WE MOVED IN. FINALLY MOVED OUT THEY NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE PLUS TRY TO CHARE ME FOR THE RODENT PROBLEM. ALREADY RE-RENTED OUT THE HOUSE.......BEWARE. THERE SO MUCH MORE TO LIST. JUST STAY AWAY OR HOPEFULLY YOU OR A FAIMLY MEMBER ARE GOOD KNOWING RENTER'S RIGHTS...THESE PEOPLE WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!

Do not rent from vinebrook. The home i stayed in was infested with mice and rats. They sent an exterminator and the problem got worse. When i left property all these extra fees were added to make my ending balance 4000 dollars. The home is on the for rent list and i know for sure the mice problem is not fixed. The foundation of the home is terrible and until its fixed the mice problem wont be addressed. I dont even want to put the one star rating

I would like to say that the homes are beautiful but the assistance is not. I live in the Columbus area and my family saw a home we were interested in. Even after reading several reviews I still did the application process sent in all required information for our applications, paid the fees and even called the Leasing agent to make sure they received all our documents. 48 hours later he calls me and asks for my at the time current landlord's number again so I gave him the main number the fax number and their email address. And I let him know that we had to be gone by the end of the month. Which means we had 7 days so since the house was move in ready we should have been good on everything. What I didn't know was exactly the day he called me back they had put the house back on line. Long story short we didn't get the house I originally applied for because as I was told the rentals you applied for is cancelled after the 48hrs after you apply. I had to actually call to see what was going on with my application after he told me he would let me know if my landlord had responded. That is when I found out that the home was no longer available and that I needed to find something else. And we had to put our belongings in storage and we had to use the money for a hotel because you have to income qualify and find a home you like. But what is crazy we got our approval emails 10 days after we applied. There was no way we would have gotten that home the way they turn application around. Especially with the Covid going on. But what I don't understand is why do I have to keep calling and checking. Now we've been homeless for two weeks and we keep having obstacles. Like since we got our approval I found another house now we need more statements for what I don't see why because we already proven income we applied almost 3 weeks ago now and they have the numbers to the income sources that is all. People if you apply and haven't heard anything in thing make sure you keep checking the website after you apply. I didn't and my family is homeless especially if you gave your notice and your old residence is already given away. Check Check Check starting at 48hrs. I hate this but I just want to warn people. I hope we get a home it is too expensive to keep doing this.

Vinebrook homes are very deceitful they ignored my emails that I and my family wanted to renew or lease and raised our rent. $200 more than what they quoted us to pay so im not very happy with the company.
