I’ve lived here 2 years now.. I love living here!nDan ( office manager ) Matt ( Maintenance )nDawn ( cleaning staff) are all great at what they do!! Even one of the owners walks the complex to clean up every Saturday morning , rain sunshine or snow he’s out there!! Everyone gets along with each other, it is a quiet place to live.. I feel safe here even though the police dept is next door!!nFor what you pay monthly it is worth every penny.!!!nThank you for allowing me to move in and share this great experience with Brookfield North Apts!!

Honestly, it's a great place to live. We are younger and have a child, living here for two years and going. It hasn't been perfect, but the issues have always been resolved. They were built decades ago but wouldn't know it due to how well they keep it maintained. Pool is always nice; Matt is super handy and helpful; and the manager Dan is always a call away and will make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible. Things did break down from time to time, but again these were built probably in the 70's, and they do a great job making sure to keep it well kept. Highly recommend couples and singles.

this is not the only place in Vandalia for my MapQuest to bring up why does it keep coming up I don't give two Hoots and heck about an apartment building

My husband and I have been living at Brookfield North Apartments for just a few months now. We really like it here. The entire staff is very kind and helpful. Our apartment is energy efficient. And when we did have a furnace/air conditioner issue, it was fixed right away. Not only is it great that we have free cable tv and internet, we just got a notice that everyone's carpet is getting a complimentary cleaning. How wonderful it that!! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new place to live, look no further. And oh, by the way, the community is great as well. :)
