Molly being the Grande Dame of Real Estate in our Northern Market exemplifies the greatest Professionalism & Character in everything she does. Every time I work with her on a Real Estate Transaction she creates a cooperative atmosphere and our deals finish smoothly. Recently I worked with another great Petkus Agent - Brandon Weiss. He also possesses great skill set & from my perspective, he’s as tenacious as Molly in getting the deal done exponentially. Well done to both of you! Teamwork makes the dream work.

I paid my application fee as Mary (Property Manager) requested. Then there was no response. Finally, after I initiated the call to the office, Mary claimed my application for a rental property was denied because I had not been working at my job long enough. That was a poor excuse and certainly if being at a job for a certain amount of time was part of the applicant critieria, she should have explained this when I asked what the rental requirements were. I have rented properties soon as I start a new job but in the case where I have been at the same position for nearly a year, I find this to be a pitiful excuse to steal money pretending it is an application fee. No evictions.....criminal history.....bankruptcies......poor credit....yet, Mary did not return my application fee when requested.nWatch who you pay your application fees too!!
