Mc Cane's Carpet & Oriental

I’ve used the McCanes 3 times to clean carpeting, both in my home and very large area carpet/rugs that they had to take with them due to the underlying flooring being hardwood. They arrive on time, returned the carpets before promised (about two days). They actually “saved” a large heavy area carpet that I thought I was going to have to replace because of the dirt I had unknowingly tracked on it. Really nice guys and very professional!

That's because we've all seen the phenomena in which after carpet is cleaned it seems to get dirty faster! Guess what? The McCane's dry system ensures that there is no leftover sticky residue which is what trap dirt. Therefore, your carpet stays clean looking longer!nnWe've trusted father-son team, Alan and Jason McCane, with more than just our carpets for several years now! We usually let them in and then run errands so we're not in the way. When we return after just a few hours the carpet is not only clean and dry, but everything is perfectly back in its place!nnWe think it's important to maintain our carpet with annual cleanings. Each time they clean all of the carpeted areas upstairs, and the four oriental rugs downstairs. This year that bill was $290 plus tax--which I think is amazing!nnThe last time the McCanes were here was approximately two months ago. Just recently when I accidentally knocked our clothes steamer over all of the piping hot water spilled onto our light tan carpeting. I immediately grabbed a towel and started scrubbing and when I was convinced I'd gotten as much water up as possible I looked at the white hand towel...and it was still white!! I couldn't believe that two months after being cleaned, hot water and scrubbing failed to remove any visible dirt!! In fact, once the spot dried it looked the same as the rest of the room. Just remarkable!nnBottom line: I highly recommend these reasonable, trustworthy men and their highly effective dry cleaning system.
