One dark summer day in Ohio, I opened my door to leave for work and there was a down pour that would have taken me hours to dry. Instead, I grabbed my business coat and fedora and left for work. My coat was so wet that it was still twice as heavy when I got home after the shift. I hung it up on a hanger so that it could dry.nThen about a week ago I went to get the coat and to my horror, found it to be covered inside out with white mold. I was sincerely saddened but decided to take it to Capital Dry cleaners.nI wasnt sure they would take it and the lady was disgusted to see it. She made no promise that it could be saved and I was like well... Maybe it can maybe it can't.nI went Monday to pick it up and it looks bran new. I was expecting to pay some cash maybe $50 it was so bad. Nope I was charged $15 and some change. I gladly gave the gal a $20 tip. Thank you for saving my $400 coat.
Great work on my clothes. Customer service was nice.
This is my go-to dry cleaner in the neighborhood. Staff are always helpful and friendly. More than once were able to get something cleaned relatively quickly and always do their best when I have a dry-cleaning emergency. Online coupons are a nice plus!
They were good
Did OK on my clothes, but store reeked of cigarette smoke. It really knocks you down when you walk through the door.
