The community is great and the people are very nice as well as the management. But I have been having constant issues with our unit since we've been staying here that I'm forced to leave a review. First, my room had no vents whatsoever. It took a whole year to get this addressed only for them to put a hole to the vents stored in my closet. So yeah my closet has to stay open. Second, the water pump just under us in the basement would always go off and makes a noise and it's still ongoing through the middle of the night. Third, the basement laundry room is right under us, and that door would slam so hard, heard and felt in our living room. I just spoke to the cleaner now about this and he confirmed. I've just been keeping my mouth shut trying to deal with these but really it's been getting to me when I just want peace and quiet. Rule #1 investigate and monitor the unit you're planning on renting!

My stay there was truly great. The staff are super friendly and responsive. I had to relocate before my lease expired and Demaree the manager worked closely with me to re-rent the apartment right away. I ended up didn't have to pay any penalties for early cancellation. This place has to be the most pleasant experience I have had, after 7-8 apartment communities I have lived in. Highly recommend.

Kenwood Olde Towne is a great complex— very nice apartments with lots of space in a safe area. My husband lived there for 5 years and I lived there for 3 and we both enjoyed our time. As with any apartment complex, there were minor issues from time to time but they were always resolved quickly by the maintenance man, Greg. Demaree is the property manager and she is awesome. She always responds quickly to questions/concerns and makes sure to help everyone feel at home.
