No one in the office is taking responsibility for any issue. They claim someone will come to fix my mailbox but that's still off the hinges since I've moved in back in October. In addition, I have requested a garage and been given the run around and the manager is NOW in control of that. However, I see the manager doesn't have a clue what is available ud83eudd14 for about a month now. Sincerely interested in moving when lease is up. Finally, I had to put salt down and plow in front of my building when the snow came through. Luckily I do my own maintenance. Have to do better. ud83dudc4eud83cudffdud83dudc4eud83cudffdud83dudc4eud83cudffd

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I have been here three years and I am INFESTED with mice. I have went to the rent office several times. They keep laying traps. Yesterday i caught two mice on one trap. The staff here is amazing. However the grounds are not kept and i have been unable to use my kitchen for a MONTH due to mice. Every time i go in there i have mice droppings on my floor. I am moving the first chance i get. The manager is amazing and is doing the best she can, however she has very little to work with. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lived here for almost 2 years and finally things are beginning to look up. NO MORE POTHOLES! Proud to call this place my home. Highly recommend!

We was greeted by a lovely man named Eden. Who was really helpful and straight forwards with us and got us approved fast. Even with lots of apartments and townhomes to watch over Nicole who I believe is the property manager took time out her schedule to help me when other employees were busy. She answered any questions we had and made us feel even more at home. I like what they are doing here.

The leasing staff was very helpful with showing me apartments that fit my needs and my budget. The management team were present in the office and seemed to be very on top of any issues that needed attending. I am definitely considering Williamsburg for the place I move into.
