I had been gone here to see if I could rent an apartment that they had listed.nnI had to fill an application out before even viewing. (Btw I didn’t even get to view the apartment)nnThe front desk lady has no idea what’s going on and is very rude.nnThey don’t contact you they make you go to some dumb Facebook page to look at when the open houses are or if they are still available. So IF YOU CALL DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. They will only reference you to their Facebook page. 1/10 experience.

Avoid this place! My bathroom ceiling has fallen and since Sunday nobody has came to fix it and I also have kids. They don’t care they are just money hungry slumlords of which I hope they soon lose all properties they own!! I wish this company nothing the but the worse!

They didn't care about the covid or the eviction moratorium as they still forced ppl out they also refused accept split checks for rent etc and don't seem to understand that when someone gets paid bi weekly they can only do split checks etc

I have called all week long to try to put a offer in on a house they are the listing agent on. I've spoken with two people the lady was completely lost and the guy after I told him I wasn't interested in him being my agent was rude. No one has returned my calls. If you're considering listing your home with them don't. I'm sure the people who have the home listed would want to hear my offer but no one cares to get it to them. Worst customer service.
