Incredibly awesome real estate company - had my building sold in a week! Highly recommend them for selling/listing whether commercial or residential!

This company is the consummate slumlord. Our residential property abuts their retail shops at 2038 Beechmont Avenue in Mt. Washington. Ever since MLJ has owned the property, its condition has radically deteriorated. I reported their violations to the Cincinnati Department of Buildings and Inspections and shortly afterwards, the owner of the company came to my home saying he would sue me if I ever took pictures of his property again, so here are some new photos of his property for your viewing pleasure. I will not be intimidated by this thug.nnThere were so many complaints about the nearly foot deep potholes in the front parking lot that some shoppers refused to shop there. MLJ finally repaired a section of the potholes, then dumped all the debris from the project in the back of the building, right next to our home. The piles have been there for over six months. Delivery trucks take hours trying to angle up to the loading dock at Dollar Tree because there is so much debris in their way.nnThey are surrounded on three sides by residential properties and they are supposed to maintain the fence and landscaping on that abutment. They don't do a thing to take care of it, which makes our yards look terrible. Have a look at the broken fence, covered in poison ivy and non-native invasive vines.nnIf Turn Key wants to come into your neighborhood, do everything you can to keep them out.
