My fiance and I moved here in March 2020. We enjoy staying here so much that we decided to transfer to a larger unit. Jamie has helped us from the very beginning of our stay here and has been a delight to work with. She’s professional and has an overall wonderful attitude. Compared to our last apartment community, the management here is great. We’ve had no major issues so far.

Jamie has been very kind and helpful during this whole move. For any question I've had she has been very understanding and pleasant to speak to. Every page of the lease was professionally explained before signing. She has been incredibly thoughtful about any concerns or comments I've brought her way.

My roommate and I have been here about 6 months so far. We absolutely plan to stay for a few years. This place is well taken care of, it's quiet, and anything we need we know we can just reach out to Jamie and she will get it done. We realized we want a bigger unit and Jamie is already hard at work on getting us transitioned over smoothly. The Oaks is a great complex to be in. I'm so glad we found it.

This is a wonderful place to live! Jamie in the leasing office worked hard to accommodate everything we needed and is as sweet as can be. She was prompt about getting us in our place and with ease. My boyfriend and I have only been living here for a couple months but it feels like such a comfy, quiet home. :)

Good place to stay. Jamie was very helpful from move-in to move-out. I was a huge fan of the controlled access. Appliances were a little dated and walls were thin, otherwise a pleasant stay in a cute and cozy place. People can be inconsiderate with their trash, though. I'm currently moving out of a one bedroom (couldn't deal with the isolation so I decided to move back in with my parents). Since this is the only apartment I have ever stayed in, I would recommend for the controlled access.
